All prices are net (VAT or sales tax added). Annual billing = 10 × the monthly price (two months free). The Free plan has every feature up to 100 leads and orders a month, no credit card and no time limit.
Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only by the monthly number of leads and orders (and the level of support). Organisations, users and Meta ad accounts are unlimited on every plan.
Value metric: leads + orders received per month across all sources (Meta forms, Google Sheets, Shoper). Duplicates rejected by deduplication, stage changes and deliveries to Meta do not count.
Overage: nothing stops working and nothing is charged automatically; we contact you and suggest a plan that fits.
SMS messages are billed by your own SMS provider (SMSAPI, Twilio or an HTTP gateway). Meta does not charge for the Conversions API.
