“I’ll take it” button

A lead is offered to several reps, and whoever clicks “I’ll take it” or calls first becomes the owner.

You can offer a lead to several people at once: by hand, through round robin or with an automation. Whoever clicks “I’ll take it” or logs contact first becomes the owner, and an automation can react when nobody takes the lead within a set number of hours.

What the video shows

  1. A new lead. Nobody knows whose it is.

The problem: a new lead has no owner and nobody picks it up.

  2. Offer it to several reps. The first one takes it.

A “New lead · Meta form” card offered to three people on the team. The first clicks “I’ll take it” and becomes the owner; the other offers fade.

  3. The client card: who can take it.

The panel: a person’s card with stages, contact details and owner. The lead goes to whoever clicks “I’ll take it” or calls first. If nobody takes it, an automation starts after the hours you set.

  4. No lead goes quiet without an owner.
