Offline sales

Convs takes Google Sheets statuses, Shoper orders and CRM stages and sends them to Meta through the Conversions API.

Google Sheets are read every minute, and your shop passes paid orders from its server. Events go to Meta through a queue with deduplication, and email and phone are hashed with SHA-256 before sending.

What the video shows

  1. Your best sales happen off the form. Meta never hears about them.

The problem: sales made by phone, in a shop or tracked in a sheet never reach Meta.

  2. Convs collects them from three places.

Three sources: a Google Sheets status, a confirmed Shoper order and the “Sold” stage in the CRM, all leading to the Meta Conversions API.

  3. Flows: status or stage → Meta event.

The panel: the list of flows, each turning a status or stage into a Meta event. Sending goes through a durable queue with retries, and email and phone leave as SHA-256 hashes.

  4. Phone and shop sales reach Meta too.
