For agencies

Each client is its own organisation, roles go down to “only own”, and the all-clients overview puts every client’s results side by side.

An account can hold any number of organisations, each with its data kept apart. The all-clients overview shows spend, leads, costs and data freshness in one row per organisation; owners and admins see it.

What the video shows

  1. Every client in a different sheet. Every rep sees everything.

The problem: client data is scattered and access has no limits.

  2. Each client is its own organisation.

One account and three client organisations, each with a different role: Administrator, Operator, Viewer. Then the “only own” role: a rep sees only their own clients.

  3. All clients in one overview.

The panel: the all-clients overview with each client’s spend and results side by side, and a flag when Meta data is stale.

  4. One login, every client, the right access.

    Summary and the Convs logo.

Short clips from the panel with a demo organisation’s example data, no sound.
