Lead follow-up

Lead follow-up shows who calls back on time, who is late, which leads burned and what they cost.

Every Meta lead is on time, late, burned or waiting against your first-contact limit: 12 hours by default, adjustable from 1 to 168. A call, a meeting or a stage change counts as contact; notes and automatic texts do not.

What the video shows

  1. The lead waited until tomorrow. Someone else called today.

The problem: a lead left waiting for a call goes to a competitor.

  2. Lead follow-up times the first contact.

Four lead statuses, each with its rule: on time, late, burned and waiting.

  3. Who calls back on time — per owner.

The panel: the Lead follow-up page split by owner, with the median time to first contact and what the burned leads cost.

  4. See which leads go cold before they’re lost.

    Summary and the Convs logo.

Short clips from the panel with a demo organisation’s example data, no sound.
